Frequently asked questions.

  • Members can manage their bookings (reschedule/cancel) via the Momence booking platform (web browser or app).

  • Our class capacity is 12.

  • Late comers: no members will be allowed to enter after 5 minutes of class commencing. Please arrive 5 mins prior to the class starting to avoid missing out.

  • In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, no charge will apply. We will try to give you as much notice as practically possible.

  • We get it, life gets busy and plans can change.

    If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through the online booking system. We will accept cancellations 12 hours prior to the scheduled class.

    The Reformer Studio will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

    Any cancellations or non-attendance after the 12 hour mark will be charged full price for the class.

    By booking online you are agreeing to the cancellation and no-show policy.

  • First time joining us? Don't stress, we've got you covered.

    At The Reformer Studio we’re a welcoming bunch, so there’s always someone here to help. We recommend taking advantage of our Intro Offers to try out as many different classes as you can.

    We also recommend you arrive 10 minutes early so you can meet your trainer and they can take you through our studio and what to expect.

    • Grip socks must be worn in studio.

    • Drink bottle.

    • Sweat towel (optional)

  • Members can park behind the studio in the carpark located on Carisbrook St, street parking or parking underneath Aldi located on Hezlett Rd. 

  • If the class you would like to attend at The Reformer Studio is full we encourage you to join the waitlist.

    If/when a place becomes available you will receive an email or text (depending on your communication preference) 60 minutes prior to the class start time informing you that you’re in the class.

    Please respond with ‘Y’ to attend or ‘N’ if you are unable to make it. If you do not respond we will assume you are joining us in studio.

    It’s the member’s responsibility to take themselves off the waitlist if they can no longer attend. 

    • Bathrooms are located next to studio.

    • Water cooler available in studio.

  • Firstly, congratulations! Everybody is different, so we ask that you speak with your health professional to help you decide whether Reformer Pilates is best for you during this time. Once you have their tick of approval, we’re good to go.

    Pregnant clients can attend our beginner and open level classes.

    We recommend you also:

    • Let your instructor know you're pregnant before you participate in a class. 

    • If it's your first class, try to arrive 15 minutes early so you can discuss your pregnancy with the instructor.

  • The minimum age to attend any Reformer Pilates classes at our studio is 16 years.
